1. General Provisions

1.2. Registration and use of an account constitute full acceptance of these provisions.

2. Prohibition of Multiple Accounts

2.1. A user is allowed to have only one personal account.

2.2. Creating, using, or controlling multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited.

2.3. Registering accounts under nominees, relatives, or third parties in order to circumvent platform restrictions is prohibited.

3. Prohibition of Financial Manipulations

3.1. Transfers of funds between personal or related accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits are prohibited.

3.2. The use of schemes aimed at artificially increasing bonuses, interest, or referral rewards is prohibited.

3.3. Any actions intended to bypass the platform’s internal restrictions shall be considered abuse.

4. Prohibition of Account Manipulation

4.1. Transferring account access to third parties is prohibited.

4.2. The use of automated programs, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the system is prohibited.

4.3. Interfering with the operation of the platform, attempting to bypass technical protections, or falsifying data is prohibited.

5. Measures in Case of Violations

5.1. In the event of violations, the company reserves the right to:

• temporarily restrict access to the account;
• freeze funds during the investigation period;
• cancel accrued bonuses and interest;
• block the account without prior notice.

5.2. Decisions are made by the security department based on an internal investigation.
